Graduate Recruiter

Salary: £27,000–£30,000 + commission

Location: Central London (Onsite)

Contract: Permanent

Our client - a recruitment firm within the financial and technology sectors, are looking to hire a Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join its growing team. This is an entry-level opportunity for motivated graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a career in recruitment within a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

You will work with a range of clients and candidates, managing the recruitment process from sourcing through to offer stage, while developing strong market knowledge and long-term relationships.

• Recent graduate or early-career professional
• Interest in recruitment and/or financial markets
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ambitious, proactive, and target-driven
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship)

• Source and screen candidates using multiple channels
• Match candidates to suitable roles based on skills and experience
• Support interview and offer processes
• Build and manage client and candidate relationships
• Conduct market research and maintain recruitment databases
• Contribute to business development activities
