£27,000–£35,000 base + Uncapped Commission (Realistic £40k–£60k+ Year 1)

We work with some of the strongest recruitment and executive search firms in London. These are high-performing, commercially driven environments placing into hedge funds, PE, SaaS, tech and other top-tier markets.

They are not looking for “just any graduate”.

They’re looking for people with a bit of edge.

You might be:

• A 2023–2025 graduate

• Someone who worked alongside your degree

• From a competitive sport background

• In SDR/BDR, estate agency or another sales role

• Naturally commercial and driven

• Impatient to build something properly

You do NOT need recruitment experience.

You DO need:

• Confidence speaking to people

• Resilience

• Strong work ethic

• Commercial awareness

• Genuine ambition
