Customer Support Advisor
We’re working with a fantastic company that’s looking for a Customer Support Advisor to join their friendly and supportive team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own the customer experience by acting as the first point of contact for all inbound phone calls and emails.
- Take ownership of technical issues, providing first-line support to resolve service problems swiftly and avoid unnecessary engineer callouts.
- Support field-based account managers with timely and accurate administrative assistance.
- Accurately identify customer needs through active listening and clear, empathetic communication.
- Deliver practical, customer-focused solutions that drive satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints, taking accountability for identifying root causes and recommending improvements.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a customer service or technical support environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a confident and professional telephone manner.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines without compromising accuracy.
