We are working with a forward-thinking organisation based in Sevenoaks who are looking to appoint an AI & Process Improvement Specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong understanding of AI tools to make a real impact by improving efficiency and driving smarter ways of working across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and assess existing AI tools and systems currently in use
- Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
- Recommend and implement more effective processes and solutions
- Support teams in adopting new tools and ways of working
- Monitor performance and suggest ongoing improvements
Skills & Experience Required:
- Strong understanding of AI tools and how they can enhance business efficiency
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to evaluate processes and recommend practical improvements
- Confident communicator, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Proactive and solutions-focused approach
