We're looking for an enthusiastic, proactive Client Engagement Coordinator to join our client’s team, strengthen relationships and uncover new sales opportunities.
About the Role
As Client Engagement Coordinator, you'll play a central role in how they support and grow their client relationships. You'll work closely with clients to understand how they use our systems and consultancy services, spot opportunities to add value, and help shape a stronger, more engaged client base — all while identifying new sales opportunities along the way.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive client engagement by helping businesses maximise product use across systems and consultancy.
- Review client usage and activity to spot opportunities for deeper engagement and take clear action.
- Lead review calls with existing clients, using consultative questioning to understand product use, business challenges and opportunities to add value.
- Identify upsell and additional sales opportunities through proactive client engagement.
- Support New Business and Renewal sales activity by understanding client needs, priorities and onboarding requirements.
- Coordinate with the Client Engagement Team to scope and deliver implementation and onboarding plans that meet client requirements.
- Work collaboratively to qualify, develop and progress new sales opportunities with existing clients.
- Use data to identify trends, highlight opportunities and shape engagement activity.
- Generate new sales opportunities through targeted, engagement-led initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Strong written and verbal communication, tailored to clients and partners.
- Confident questioning, analysis and presentation skills.
- Excellent planning, organisation and time management.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
- Able to work independently, prioritise workload and collaborate effectively.
- Accurate, detail-focused and committed to seeing work through.
- Able to capture requirements, analyse information and present clear solutions.
- Problem-solving mindset with a strong understanding of business functions.
- High standards of client service.
Desirable (Not Essential)
- Experience working in a sales environment.
- An understanding of risk management.
- Knowledge of HubSpot.
The Package
- Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Fully remote working.
- Monday to Friday — no weekend work.
