As part of a specialist delivery team, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting vacancies from day one, taking responsibility for the delivery of service to existing clients.

Day, to day, with personalised training, you will lead the recruitment of vacancies :

Receiving briefings from Consultants/Directors and attending client briefing meetings;

Using a broad range of tools including internal systems, LinkedIn and CV databases, to identify, match and generate candidates;

Building and managing relationships with a network of new and existing prospective candidates;

Pitching vacancies to candidates; securing interviews and briefing/preparing them;

Preparing and marketing adverts to attract, screen and qualify new candidates;

Formatting and submitting CVs and coversheets;

Negotiating employment offers, agreeing placements and managing contractors throughout.

Basic Salary - £30-35,000 + uncapped bonus (OTE year 1 : £50,000; £60-70,000 year 2)
