Your remit:

Sitting in the Sales Director ‘hot seat’, you'll be the mastermind behind our sales strategy. You'll lead from the front, inspiring and empowering your team to crush targets and exceed expectations. Whether it's nurturing client relationships, devising killer sales plans, or championing new initiatives, you'll be at the forefront of our sales revolution.

As an ‘A Player’ in your field you bring a vast array of skills and expertise to the table, inc:

+ Proven experience in a senior sales role within the IT industry.
+ Proven experience in leading, managing and coaching team members to competency levels that exceed customer expectations.
+ Experienced and adept people leader and manager.
+ Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
+ Demonstration of ideas and different ways of working within a budget but providing improved outcomes.
+ Experience with CRM and bid management software.
+ Strategic planning and analysis skills.
+ Ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
