Where you come in:

Are you an experienced and dynamic Scrum Master looking for a new challenge in the fast-paced world of digital experiences?

As a crucial member of our agency, you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering a variety of digital projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality.

About you:

+ Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a digital agency or similar environment
+ Experience of running multiple £250k - £500+ projects
+ Strong commercial acumen with solid project & financial forecasting & management ability
+ Strong understanding of digital marketing, web development (Front end), and design processes
+ Passion for the healthcare sector and a desire to make a positive impact
+ Understands holistic marketing
+ Is comfortable with a little bit of chaos now and then
+ Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills
+ Adaptable and eager to learn new technologies and trends
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
+ Proficient in project management tools and software
+ Experience in healthcare is a plus but not essential
+ IE Prince 2 qualification would be a bonus
