We’re UP3, a fast-growing ServiceNow Elite partner with big ideas and bold ambitions. We’re looking for a Senior Events Manager (6-month contract) to lead the planning and execution of industry, customer, and internal events that turn heads, build pipeline, and elevate our brand.

Based two days a week at our buzzing London HQ (The Ministry, SE1) with hybrid flexibility, you’ll take full ownership of every event you touch - from strategy and logistics to messaging and delivery. Overview

Founded in 2016, we’re a ServiceNow Elite partner, we’re growing fast, winning new customers and expanding into new strategic sectors.

To support our growth, we’re looking for a strategic Senior Event Manager (contract) with B2B experience, to lead the planning and execution of high-profile industry, internal and customer events that drive brand awareness, customer growth and pipeline.

This contract role is ideal for someone who can hit the ground running, own events end-to-end, and work seamlessly with senior stakeholders within UP3 and at our premier partner ServiceNow.

You’ll be managing multiple events simultaneously so we’re looking for someone who thrives in this environment, who can roll up their sleeves and get things done, be a safe pair of hands, and collaborate successfully with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

Accountabilities:

  • Event planning & management – end-to-end management of all in-person and virtual events – industry, partner, customer and internal.
  • Establish clear event objectives and KPIs - Ensure event objectives and KPIs are clearly defined, documented, and agreed with key stakeholders prior to each event, to enable effective measurement of success and alignment with broader business goals.
  • Event execution – manage all event logistics, work with internal teams and agency partners to ensure flawless execution of all events.
  • Stakeholder management - collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to get input where necessary to successfully deliver against business and event objectives.
  • Agency management – Systematically manage external agencies from briefing through to delivery e.g. event identity, creative, production, and content. Ensure all materials and content are aligned with UP3 messaging and meet brand guidelines.
  •  Event identity and messaging – work with internal stakeholders to develop event identity and messaging where applicable. Ensure consistent messaging throughout all event materials.
  • Budget management – own the budget for all events, deliver events to budget.
  • Performance analytics - analyse event ROI and provide post-event reports with insights and recommendations to improve outcomes.

About You:

  • 10+ years’ experience in event marketing in the B2B tech/services space.
  • Proven track record managing trade shows and customer events.
  • Experienced and confident managing senior stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills – highly organised, deadline driven and detail oriented. 
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, creative, and executive teams.
  • Confident managing agencies, partners, and vendors.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in marketing tools such as HubSpot for lead capture, follow up and ROI measurement.
