They are looking to hire and experienced Account Director who will be responsible for driving strategic growth and long-term value across our clients most important client relationships. This role oversees the development, health, and performance of key accounts, ensuring alignment between client objectives and our clients service capabilities. Acting as a trusted advisor, the Account Director influences strategic direction, fosters innovation, and secures their companies position as a long-term partner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic account management: Lead and grow strategic accounts in line with company objectives
  • Client relationship leadership: Build and maintain executive-level relationships, serving as the senior point of contact
  • Revenue growth: Drive upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion across the companies core and ecosystem offerings
  • Needs assessment: Identify evolving client needs and align solutions accordingly
  • Issue resolution: Ensure timely and effective resolution of client concerns
  • Reporting & analysis: Deliver regular account performance updates to senior leadership
  • Feedback loop: Capture client insights to inform service and product development

  • Leadership: Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and inspire performance
  • Strategic thinking: Strong analytical and planning skills to drive growth
  • Relationship management: Exceptional interpersonal skills with executive-level stakeholders
