We’re looking for an Account Manager to join the team, reporting to the Head of Sales. You’ll be the primary contact for assigned customers, ensuring satisfaction, smooth service delivery, and long-term success. This role combines relationship management, operational oversight, and growth opportunities.
Job Duties:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Act as day-to-day contact for key accounts
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver outstanding service
- Spot opportunities to grow accounts through upsell/cross-sell
- Manage customer expectations and resolve issues effectively
- Provide regular reporting and insights
Required Experience
- Proven account/relationship management skills
- Strong communication & problem-solving ability
- Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Collaborative approach across teams
- Knowledge of cloud/IT solutions a plus
