Technical Specialist - Endevor Administrator (Contract)

Job Description:
A leading global financial institution is seeking a highly experienced Endevor Administrator to join its Global Mainframe Developer Engineering team. This position supports key initiatives within the Source Code Management (SCM) and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) domains, serving Mainframe developers across the organisation.

The successful candidate will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and collaborate with regional and global teams on the delivery, maintenance and support of critical tooling infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Endevor administration and operational support

• Design, build and maintain Endevor environments for both new and existing Mainframe applications

• Incident management and direct liaison with internal customers (Mainframe developers)

• Participation in team and project meetings at both regional and global levels

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in Endevor administration and technical support

• Deep understanding of SCM/ALM processes and Endevor tooling

• Ability to provide technical consultancy and process improvements

• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies

• Strong documentation and communication skills

• Comfortable working independently as well as part of a distributed international team

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams

• Willingness to work flexible hours occasionally to coordinate across time zones

Additional Information:

• Candidates based in Europe are preferred

• Remote work is fully supported; hybrid working may be possible if based in the UK
