Your New Role

  • The IT Support Analyst will join the organisation and take on a role in supporting a workface of around 130 staff operating across the globe on a contract basis. Working within a friendly company, strong communication and social abilities are a must.
  • Working as a part of the IT Department, you will serve as the primary front-line contact to an internal client base, providing IT support across the Group whilst also assisting in the maintenance and delivery of all IT services.
  • You will be representing the service provided by the Department, a high-level of customer focus is essential, along with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • You have experience in providing end-user IT support in a business environment. The role is best suited to those comfortable working autonomously. You will be expected to operate as the primary on-site IT representative in the absence of the Global IT Manager or during periods of remote support, ensuring continuity of service and timely resolution of technical issues.
  • A broad understanding of core IT principles and a willingness to learn are essential. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop and expand your skills under the guidance of the Global IT Manager, who will provide training and support across a wide range of technologies used within the business.

Your Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for IT support requests from the internal client base.
  • Provide both in-person and remote technical support to global teams using Windows and related systems, delivering user training when required.
  • Manage user onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring accurate identity and access management through Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
  • Administer software licensing and user assignments for key enterprise applications, including Adobe Creative Cloud, Autodesk, Microsoft 365, and other business-critical platforms.
  • Monitor, prioritise, and resolve IT service requests through the ticketing system, maintaining clear communication and timely updates.
  • Contribute to the planning and delivery of IT projects, upgrades, and system improvements.
  • Develop and maintain IT processes, documentation, and knowledge bases to support consistent service delivery.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware-related issues, including audio/visual equipment, printers, and peripheral devices.

You Will Have

  • Solid experience supporting Windows 10/11 and above in a business environment.
  • Experience working with and supporting Microsoft products.
  • A solid understanding of Active Directory administration.
  • Working with and administering Office 365 and Exchange Online.
  • Resourceful in ability to troubleshoot unfamiliar issues.
  • Right to work in the UK
