About the opportunity:

Job Role: Pega CSSA Developer

Job Type: Permanent

Work location: United Kingdom, Hybrid working

Experience: MUST have 3+ years in Pega CSSA role & MUST be CSSA certified

Your Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Carry out development activities in accordance with the agreed requirements and development standards
  • Experience with BPM implementation methodology like Scrum and Pega Express
  • Testing of products in accordance with the test strategy to ensure that they are fit for purpose
  • Assisting the Lead Architect in examining packages of work and giving realistic timescales for completion Completion of work allocated within agreed time, cost and quality criteria and providing progress reports on assigned work as required
  • Management and control of problems and change within their area of responsibility as requested by the Lead Architect, including negotiation with other teams as necessary
  • Prompt escalation of problems, issues and risks as necessary
  • Playing an active part in continuous improvement, awareness of and compliance with all relevant quality processes and procedures

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Must have 3+ years’ experience in CSSA role
  • Must have hands-on experience in Pega development and Implementation
  • Must have experience working in an agile development environment
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be in the United Kingdom
  • Must have Right To Work in the United Kingdom
