About the Role

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Data Analyst to join a well-established and growing organisation.

This is a business-critical position, focused on delivering accurate reporting, monitoring supplier performance, and supporting key commercial decisions across the business.

You will play a key role in ensuring data accuracy, supplier performance tracking, pricing analysis, and profitability reporting, while also developing dashboards and improving internal reporting systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce daily, weekly and monthly sales reports
• Manage and maintain supplier portal data, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Track supplier targets and rebate performance
• Support biannual pricing cycles, including implementation and analysis
• Analyse cost increases and their impact on gross profit
• Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and reporting tools
• Produce category and commercial performance reports
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Continuously improve reporting processes and internal systems

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience in data analysis, reporting, or commercial analytics
• Advanced skills in Power BI and Excel (VBA highly desirable)
• Experience with Fabric or similar data platforms advantageous
• Ability to interpret complex data and present clear insights
• High attention to detail and strong accuracy levels
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable liaising with suppliers
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines
• Experience working with sales data, supplier data, or pricing preferred
