Role: Performance and Data Officer? Location: Sandwell - hyrbid available after successful probation (with some travel across the Black Country & Birmingham)?? Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm? Salary: £26,801 - £32,033 (depending on experience & qualifications)?? Driving licence desirable Female applicants only (Occupational Requirement under Schedule 9, Part 1, Equality Act 2010)

What You'll Be Doing: You'll play a key role in helping our organisation understand and share the impact of our work! From crunching data to building dashboards , you'll be the go-to person for transforming performance info into powerful stories.

You'll work across teams, diving into tools like Power BI, Excel, Halo, and Donorfy - creating reports, shaping data collection, and supporting service improvements that empower change
