Role Overview:

We are seeking a Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with strong experience across Core HR and HCM modules to support a large-scale HR transformation initiative.

Project details:

• Role: Oracle HCM Functional Consultant
• Start: ASAP
• Duration: 6 month contract
• Location: London (Fully remote)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver functional expertise across Core HR, Absence, and Talent modules
• Support configuration and testing of HCM solutions
• Engage with stakeholders to define and refine requirements
• Support system enhancements and continuous improvement
• Work closely with technical teams on Fast Formula and reporting needs

Key Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Oracle HCM/EBS HR modules
• Strong knowledge of Absence, Performance, and Learning domains
• Techno-functional capability (eg SQL/Fast Formula desirable)
• Strong stakeholder communication skills
