Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HR Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Oracle HR and Payroll solutions within a large public sector transformation programme.

Project details:

• Role: Oracle HR Architect
• Start: ASAP
• Duration: 6 month contract
• Location: London (Fully remote)

Key Responsibilities:

• Define end-to-end architecture across HR and Payroll systems
• Provide technical leadership on Oracle EBS HRMS solutions
• Align business requirements with scalable system design
• Collaborate with functional and technical workstreams
• Ensure governance, standards, and best practices are applied

Key Skills & Experience:

• Strong background in Oracle HRMS (EBS)
• Proven architecture experience across HR & Payroll domains
• Experience working on large, complex transformation programmes
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills
