Technical Author/Writer - Okta & Entra Security

Location: Portsmouth (2 days per week onsite)
Type: Contract
Start Date: ASAP

• Create, update, and review Okta and Entra documentation across multiple SaaS applications.

• Develop and maintain:
  . Knowledge Articles (KAs) - for Okta, Entra, and Service Desk
  . Service Overviews (SOs)
  . Technical Run Manuals (TRMs)
  . Technical Recovery Action Plans (TRAPs)

• Ensure documentation meets organisational standards for accuracy and accessibility.

• Support ServiceNow operations by analysing and submitting documentation-related requests.

• Validate and manage Okta User Groups, and assist with creating Entra User Groups where required.

• Collaborate with security, service desk, and engineering teams to maintain up-to-date information.

• Proven experience as a Technical Author/Technical Writer within IT or cybersecurity environments.

• Strong understanding of Okta, Microsoft Entra, and identity management solutions.

• Familiarity with ServiceNow workflows and documentation management.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to convey complex technical information clearly.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
