Ecommerce Manager – B2B Subscription Growth

Seeking a data-driven Ecommerce Manager to take ownership of the digital subscription funnel—from discovery to conversion—and drive growth across business information platforms, memberships, and events.

You'll be central to improving how potential B2B customers discover, engage with, and purchase the subscription products—especially focusing on converting first-time users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimise the customer journey from search-led content discovery to subscription purchase
  • Run A/B tests on landing pages, messaging, pricing, and checkout flows
  • Improve site UX and reduce friction in the checkout process
  • Increase upsells and multi-user subscriptions through smarter conversion tactics
  • Collaborate with developers to enhance ecommerce performance
  • Use Google Analytics, Heap.io, and heatmaps to monitor and analyse performance
  • Deliver regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Align SEO and content strategies with ecommerce goals
  • Optimise high-traffic articles and landing pages for conversion
  • Reduce churn and boost customer lifetime value (LTV)

You’ll Succeed in This Role If You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in ecommerce, CRO, or digital performance marketing
  • Strong background in B2B subscription products or B2B eCommerce
  • Proven experience improving conversion rates through A/B testing and funnel analysis
  • Hands-on expertise in tools like Google Analytics, Heap.io, Hotjar, or similar
  • Understanding of SEO and how content can drive conversions
  • Strong collaboration skills to work across marketing, tech, and design teams
  • A mindset focused on experimentation, testing, and continuous improvement
