Sales Enablement Specialist - £295/day, Inside IR35

Hybrid – London (3 days onsite per week) 2 days remote

12-month contract with potential 12-month extension

About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Enablement Specialist to support a leading global SaaS company’s Go-To-Market (GTM) organization across EMEA. This role is all about empowering sales teams with the tools, training, and insights they need to perform at their best, from onboarding new hires to delivering impactful, ongoing enablement programs that drive sales excellence.

You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Sales Operations teams to design and deliver engaging, relevant learning experiences that enhance productivity, confidence, and results.

What You’ll Do

1️⃣ Onboard Sales Hires (30%)

  • Lead and continuously improve onboarding programs for new sales hires across EMEA.
  • Partner with Sales leaders and key stakeholders to design onboarding schedules and learning paths.
  • Facilitate engaging sessions on products, customer conversations, and sales methodologies.
  • Gather feedback to refine and evolve the onboarding experience.

2️⃣ Call Reviews & Coaching (25%)

  • Regularly review sales calls to identify skill gaps and coaching opportunities.
  • Run call calibration sessions with Sales Managers to ensure consistent, effective coaching.
  • Analyse trends and proactively recommend training initiatives based on data and insights.

3️⃣ Sales Skills Development (20%)

  • Design and deliver impactful sales training focused on prospecting, discovery, value-based selling, and closing.
  • Reinforce learning through workshops, role-plays, and coaching sessions.
  • Tailor programs to reflect sales motions and customer needs across the business.

4️⃣ Product Knowledge & Continuous Learning (15%)

  • Partner with Product Marketing to deliver timely product updates and learning resources.
  • Ensure sales teams remain confident and informed in customer conversations.
  • Maintain alignment with global enablement to ensure content consistency and impact.

5️⃣ Run the Business (10%)

  • Participate in regular meetings with Sales Enablement and GTM stakeholders.
  • Track and report on enablement activities, engagement, and performance outcomes.
  • Manage administrative tasks, documentation, and program logistics efficiently.

What You’ll Bring

  • Excellent communication skills – confident in presenting, training, and influencing at all levels.

  • Strong influencing ability – able to guide and motivate others without direct authority.
  • Data literacy – comfortable using or learning data tools to measure impact and inform improvements.
  • Proactive attitude – self-starter who identifies and acts on opportunities for improvement.
  • AI literacy – experienced with AI tools and confident in helping others leverage them for productivity and learning.

Preferred Experience

  • Proven experience in Sales Enablement or Sales Training , ideally within a SaaS or technology environment .
  • Previous experience in sales or supporting marketing solutions is advantageous.
