Senior Product Manager - AI
Working for a market leading consumer brand with millions of customers, the Senior Product Manager will build innovative products that will transform customer experiences through cutting-edge generative and conversational AI.
The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for:
- Owning and evolving market-proven AI products, scaling them into intelligent, end-to-end experiences that solve real customer problems
- Shaping the roadmap, prioritising complex feature development and scaling impact across a growing squad
- Translating customer insight, analytics and experimentation into prioritised feature development decisions
- Leading proposition development across Generative and Agentic AI use cases
- Shaping and scale AI-powered customer journeys
- Championing innovation methodologies and fostering curiosity, experimentation and bias for action
The Senior Product Manager will have:
- Strong experience building and scaling complex B2C digital products
- A clear track record of roadmap ownership and prioritising feature development over time
- Great communication skills and stakeholder management
- Direct AI experience is preferred, but isn’t essential — but genuine passion, curiosity and credible understanding of Generative and Agentic AI is
- Candidates could come from any consumer sector such as eCommerce, retail, fintech, media, finance, travel, etc.
