Location: London (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

🚀 About the Role

We’re hiring an International Strategy & Business Operations Principal to sit at the centre of strategy, planning, and execution for a high-growth international business.

This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who has operated in complex, global environments (e.g. scaled tech / Big Tech) and is comfortable partnering directly with senior leaders across Product and Go-To-Market.

You will act as a force multiplier for leadership—translating ambitious growth plans into clear priorities, aligning teams across regions, and ensuring delivery against the highest-impact initiatives.

🎯 What You’ll Own

International Strategy & Planning

  • Lead annual and in-year planning across multiple regions (e.g. EMEA and beyond)
  • Translate business strategy into clear, prioritised roadmaps and operating plans

Driving Execution at Scale

  • Oversee complex, cross-functional initiatives across Product and GTM
  • Identify risks, unblock teams, and ensure consistent delivery against goals

Operating Rhythm & Governance

  • Run core planning cycles, business reviews, and decision-making forums
  • Improve prioritisation, resource allocation, and performance tracking

Senior Stakeholder Partnership

  • Act as a trusted thought partner to Directors and senior leaders
  • Bring structure to ambiguity and support high-quality decision making

Scaling the Operating Model

  • Build and embed scalable frameworks, processes, and ways of working across regions
  • Drive continuous improvement in how the business executes

👀 What We’re Looking For

We’re specifically looking for candidates who have:

  • Experience in Strategy & Operations / Business Operations / Management Consulting within a scaled, international organisation
  • A track record of owning planning cycles and translating strategy into execution
  • Operated in cross-functional environments spanning Product and GTM
  • Strong experience working across multiple regions (e.g. EMEA, international markets)
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority
  • A highly analytical, data-driven approach to problem solving and decision making

⭐ Strong Signals (Highly Preferred)

  • Background in companies such as Google, Amazon, Meta, or similar high-growth tech environments
  • Experience in subscription, marketplace, or platform-based businesses
  • Familiarity with experimentation, growth initiatives, or product-led environments
  • Prior experience in top-tier consulting firms (e.g. Bain & Company, Boston Consulting Group, McKinsey & Company)

⚠️ This Role May Not Be a Fit If

  • Your experience is primarily in agency / campaign delivery / marketing execution
  • You have not worked in international, cross-functional environments at scale
  • Your role has been focused on program management without strategy ownership
