CLM IIB Developer

Job Title: CLM IIB Developer
Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days in office)
Contract: 6 months initially
Rate: £415.16 per day (Umbrella)

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced CLM IIB Developer to join a dynamic development team. You will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and production support of enterprise application interfaces, ensuring seamless integration across internal and external systems. This is a hands-on role with opportunities to work on both new development and ongoing support of mission-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain message flows, message models, and other interface processes using IBM Integration Bus (IIB)/ACE.
  • Provide production support and troubleshoot issues in existing interfaces.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and delivery of solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews and create/update technical documentation.
  • Support interfaces connecting internal and external applications in multiple regions.
  • Occasionally provide out-of-hours support during production incidents or releases.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Solid experience with IBM Integration Bus v9+/ACE 12, IBM MQ v8+, and MQFTE v7+.
  • Strong knowledge of XML, MRM, TDS, and message flow development using Compute, SOAP, HTTP, Routing, Mapping, Java Compute, File, and Database Nodes.
  • Programming experience with Korn Shell, PERL, Java, Ant, SQL, ESQL.
  • Experience with UNIX (AIX), Linux, and Windows operating systems.
  • Database experience with Oracle 10G/11i, PL/SQL, and Stored Procedures.
  • Familiarity with API Connect/Azure API Management and Apache Kafka.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in Change Management and coordinating production issues across multiple teams.

Desirable:

  • Experience in financial services.
  • Knowledge of testing tools like RFHUtil, SOAP-UI, MBTestClient, JUnit, or Test Director.
  • Experience with project management, business analysis, and development toolsets (MS Office, Visio, MS Project, TOAD/SQL Developer, Perforce).
