We’re looking for an experienced User Researcher to join a fast-paced consulting team. You’ll plan and deliver end-to-end research, work closely with designers and product teams, and turn insights into clear, actionable recommendations.

Experience Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering user research on digital products or services
  • Experience working in a consulting or agency environment
  • Strong background in qualitative research methods
  • Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholders
  • Experience working to government digital standards desirable
