A leading service provider with a growing team in Harrogate are looking for a motivated individual with technical experience to join a Support team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for learning and advancing their career in tech.
The role will involve...
- Providing 1st / 2nd line technical support, managing customer queries and technical issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve faults across various technologies including broadband, networking, firewalls, SD-WAN, VoIP, and more.
- Communicate effectively with customers, keeping them updated on progress and ensuring satisfaction.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Experience with networking (LAN, WAN, VPN, etc.) and troubleshooting across various platforms.
- Familiarity with Cisco, Meraki, Fortinet, Huawei, and other network technologies.
- ITIL Foundation awareness and relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA, SIP School SSCA) are a plus.
- Experience working in a managed service provider
