Due to a period of growth, a market leading organisation requires a number of 2nd Line/Desktop Support Analysts to join it growing support function. Suitable candidates will have the following

• :
  Substantial experience of supporting Microsoft Windows environments including Windows Server 2016/2019, Windows 7/10, MS Office Suite, Active Directory and Office 36
• 5.Strong knowledge of PC hardware and the ability to set up, configure, and rebuild workstation
• s.Excellent customer relationship, communications and interpersonal skill
• s.Good knowledge of network technologies, TCP/IP and LAN/WAN topolo
• gyExperience in an ITIL and/or SOX compliant organisation would be advantageo
