1st Line IT Support Analyst - MSP
Location: Aztec West, Bristol
Salary: £27,000 - £32,000
About the role:
We're working with a successful and growing IT Managed Service Provider that is actively seeking an experienced and ambitious 1st Line IT Support Analyst.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service, with demonstrable experience in providing excellent technical support within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Acting as the first point of support for clients' IT & technical support queries
- Logging, prioritising and resolving issues and tickets in line with SLAs
- Providing remote diagnostics and proactive network maintenance
- Supporting workstation builds and user setups
- Escalating to 2nd Line where needed and contributing to process improvements
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years of experience in a service desk or 1st line support role, ideally for an MSP
- Strong Office 365 admin and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- A professional, friendly manner with the ability to perform under pressure
- Network/firewall knowledge and Windows Server experience
