IT Support Analyst - Wiltshire - New Role!
A leading organisation in the Wiltshire area requires an IT Support Analyst to join its growing team. Suitable candidates will have the following skills/experience:
- Hands-on experience in a busy IT support environment, managing user expectations through strong communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft-based operating systems and Office 365 Admin
- Experience with using and troubleshooting the Office 365 suite
- Understanding Ethernet, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, firewalls and wireless networking
- Exposure to Windows Swerver and Microsoft Azure
- An understanding of ITIL
- Experience in supporting Apple devices, iPhones, iPads, and Macs
- Solid, proficient problem diagnosis skills in a range of systems/applications.
- Ability to quickly diagnose and troubleshoot problems on a variety of systems and applications.
- Driven and committed individual with a focus on quality and developing oneself
- Ability to think creatively and devise innovative solutions to difficult problems
- Teamwork with non-IT personnel and the ability to complement cross-functional projects.
- Microsoft Certifications are desirable
