A leading organisation in the Wiltshire area requires Junior/Graduate IT Support Analysts to join its growing team. Suitable candidates will have the following skills/experience:

• Ideally some experience of working in an IT support environment
• Good knowledge of Microsoft-based operating systems and O365
• Exposure to Windows Server and Microsoft Azure useful.
• Understanding of Ethernet, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, firewalls and wireless networking
• Ability to quickly diagnose and troubleshoot problems on a variety of systems and applications.
• Driven and committed individual with a focus on quality and developing oneself
• Ability to think creatively and devise innovative solutions to difficult problems
• Any relevant certifications welcomed.
