About the Role

We’re partnering with a well-established, multi-site hospitality business with a large UK footprint and a strong reputation for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

They are now looking for an IT Project Manager to join and play a key role in delivering a range of technology and transformation projects across hotels, central functions, and shared services.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, operational environment where technology directly impacts both customer experience and frontline teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll take ownership of end-to-end delivery of IT and business systems projects, ensuring successful outcomes from initiation through to implementation and handover.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing full lifecycle delivery of IT projects across multiple business areas
  • Creating and maintaining project plans, budgets, timelines, and governance structures
  • Tracking risks, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables
  • Engaging with stakeholders across operations, IT, and central functions
  • Translating business requirements into clear, deliverable solutions
  • Coordinating third-party suppliers and technology partners
  • Supporting system rollout, training, and user adoption across sites
  • Ensuring strong project documentation, reporting, and governance
  • Driving continuous improvement across systems, processes, and ways of working

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience delivering IT / technology-focused projects end-to-end
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience working with third-party vendors and suppliers
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Experience in hospitality, retail, or other fast-paced multi-site environments (desirable)
  • Knowledge of project delivery frameworks such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches
  • Exposure to business-critical systems such as operational, finance, HR, or customer platforms
  • Project management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, or equivalent) is desirable
