A leading non-profit organisation are looking for a Lead Business Analyst to join their growing Technology Business Analysis division.

In this leadership role, you’ll drive complex business change initiatives, mentor fellow analysts, and play a key part in shaping the future of technology within the organisation.

You’ll work across cross-functional delivery teams to ensure user needs are at the heart of every solution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts across programmes, products and projects
• Own and oversee BA activities – from requirements elicitation to UX design and change adoption
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to maximise value and alignment to Group strategy
• Support service improvements and oversee contractor delivery
• Manage team development, recruitment, and performance planning

Experience Required:

• Proven experience in a senior or lead BA role within tech-driven environments
• Excellent skills in process mapping, user requirements, and service design
• A strategic mindset with hands-on delivery experience
• A relevant degree or professional qualification
• Full UK driving licence (occasional travel required)
