Location: Worthing (Hybrid - 2-3 days on site)

Salary: £85,000

We’re working with a well-established organisation in the energy sector undergoing a significant transformation programme and are looking for an experienced Lead Business Analyst to play a key role.

This is a senior, hands-on position where you’ll shape solutions, support delivery across a complex systems landscape, and provide leadership to BA resources.

About you:

• Background within the energy or utilities sector
• Strong experience as a Senior / Lead Business Analyst
• Proven people management experience
• Solid understanding of architecture, design and complex information systems
• Confident engaging senior stakeholders and influencing outcomes
