🚨 Hiring: Project Manager – Delivery

Location: Harrogate (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Permanent / full-time

Salary: £45-50k

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a growing managed services provider in Harrogate. If you have a track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects across Wireless, WAN, LAN, VOIP, and ICT services, this could be your next move.

What you’ll do:

• Manage end-to-end customer delivery projects – from order receipt to first billing
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Lead project planning, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication
• Drive escalations and problem resolution through to successful closure
• Provide clear, accurate reporting on progress, risks, budgets, and resource forecasts

What we're looking for:

• Strong Project Management background, ideally within a managed services environment
• Experience delivering VOIP, Wi-Fi, MPLS WAN, LAN, or similar services
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient with Office 365 (Planner) and ideally Dynamics 365
• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously using structured methodologies (Waterfall/Hybrid)
