Location: Worcester (3 days a week on site)

A leading non-profit organisation are looking for a diligent, dynamic Senior Business Analyst to join their established Business Analysis team in Worcester.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact across a diverse Group, working closely with business stakeholders as part of both project and product delivery teams.

As part of the Business Analysis function, you’ll help shape the organisation’s technology landscape—translating business needs into clear, achievable outcomes. Your work will play a pivotal role in understanding, translating, and influencing how the organisation responds to the needs of customers and colleagues alike.

Key Responsibilities

• Bring your expertise across a broad service catalogue, including requirements elicitation, process improvement, business modelling, and feasibility assessments.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders—ensuring buy-in, clear communication, and continuous improvement in service delivery.
• Lead, coach, and mentor Business Analysts, acting as a point of escalation for complex issues within programmes, projects, or product teams.

Work Experience:

• Proven experience in business analysis within technology
• Systems implementation and optimisation experience
• Strong background stakeholder management & engagement
• Expert in requirement capturing
• Gap analysis, modelling
