A fantastic opportunity for a Graduate AI Analyst (People Operations) to join a cutting-edge deep-tech company based in Cambridge. This organisation is undergoing rapid growth and is now looking to transform its internal operations through AI, automation, and smarter systems.
This is a unique opportunity for a highly bright, technically-minded graduate who is equally confident, engaging, and people-focused. You will be joining the People team, so this role requires someone who can build strong relationships across the business, communicate complex ideas clearly, and bring an approachable, proactive energy to every interaction. Alongside this, you will have the autonomy to research, implement, and optimise AI tools and processes, with clear scope for the role to evolve into a broader AI-focused position as the company builds out its internal capabilities.
Location: Cambridge (minimum 2 days per week in the office) – must be UK-based
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 per annum + excellent benefits
Requirements for Graduate AI Analyst (People Operations):
- Degree educated in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or a closely related subject
- Strong academic background (ideally 2:1 or above and solid A Level results)
- Exceptional communication skills with a confident, outgoing, and personable approach
- Comfortable engaging with stakeholders across all levels of the business
- Demonstrable interest in AI, automation, or building efficient systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
- A proactive, self-starter mindset with a genuine curiosity to learn and improve processes
- Ability to quickly research, understand, and implement new tools and technologies
- Close attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Responsibilities for Graduate AI Analyst (People Operations):
- Act as a key point of contact within the People team, building strong relationships across the business
- Work within the People function to identify opportunities to improve and automate processes
- Research and implement AI tools and systems to enhance internal workflows
- Support the full employee lifecycle, helping to build scalable and efficient processes
- Develop dashboards, reporting, and insights to support decision-making
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to understand operational needs
- Continuously test, learn, and improve systems and processes
- Help create a modern, digital-first employee experience
- Play a key role in shaping how AI is adopted across internal business functions
