Lead Enterprise Implementation Specialist / Project Manager
An exciting opportunity for a Senior or Lead Enterprise Implementation Specialist to join a market-leading, disruptive AI software company, delivering complex SaaS implementations to global enterprise customers.
This is a high-impact, client-facing role focused on leading end-to-end implementations for some of the organisation’s most strategic accounts. You will work closely with Solutions, Engineering, Product, and Support teams to ensure successful deployment, adoption, and long-term value realisation across large-scale enterprise environments.
This role offers the opportunity to operate at a senior level within a fast-growing AI company, with scope to mentor existing teams and potentially build out a dedicated enterprise implementation function.
Location: London (Cambridge or New York also considered) – hybrid working model

Requirements for Lead Enterprise Implementation Specialist / Project Manager:
- Extensive experience delivering SaaS implementations within large enterprise environments
- Proven track record of leading complex, end-to-end implementation projects for strategic customers
- Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and business audiences
- Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Solutions, and Support teams
- Ability to manage multiple enterprise engagements simultaneously
- Commercial awareness with an understanding of customer success, retention, and expansion
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Responsibilities for Lead Enterprise Implementation Specialist / Project Manager:
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects for strategic enterprise customers
- Act as the primary point of ownership from onboarding through to successful go-live
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Support, Solutions, Engineering, and Product, to deliver effective solutions
- Identify and mitigate implementation risks to ensure timely and successful project delivery
- Provide strategic guidance to customers to maximise platform adoption and value
- Mentor existing team members and contribute to the development of best practice implementation frameworks
- Support the potential build-out of a dedicated enterprise implementation function as the business scales
