A fantastic opportunity for a senior Project Manager with proven experience delivering complex software programmes to external enterprise customers to join a high growth, market leading technology business. This organisation provides a sophisticated SaaS platform used by large global enterprises and is continuing to scale its strategic client portfolio.
This is a high impact, client facing role focused on leading end to end delivery programmes for external enterprise customers. You will act as the senior delivery lead across strategic accounts, ensuring successful deployment, adoption, and long term value realisation within complex enterprise environments.

Requirements for Project Manager – Enterprise Delivery:
• Strong commercial experience delivering complex SaaS projects to external enterprise customers
• Proven track record leading end to end client facing delivery programmes for large strategic accounts
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Customer Success and Support teams
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent enterprise engagements
• Strong commercial awareness with an understanding of customer retention and growth
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
Responsibilities for Project Manager – Enterprise Delivery:
• Lead full lifecycle enterprise delivery projects for key customers
• Act as the primary point of ownership from onboarding through to successful go-live
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Customer Success, Engineering, Product and Support, to ensure seamless delivery
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure timely and successful outcomes
• Provide strategic guidance to customers to maximise platform adoption and long-term value
• Contribute to the development of scalable delivery frameworks and best practice processes
• Support the evolution and scaling of the enterprise delivery function as the organisation grows
