The Opportunity

This is a role for a builder, a strategist, and a closer. You’ll take full ownership of Redbrick’s commercial engine, shaping our go‐to‐market strategy, elevating performance, and driving consistent, predictable growth. Commercial Strategy & Execution

  • Build and execute a bold, scalable sales strategy that accelerates revenue growth.
  • Identify high value market segments and create targeted plans to dominate them.
  • Own forecasting, pipeline management, and performance metrics with precision and accountability.

Team Leadership & Culture

  • Recruit, coach, and develop a high‐impact sales team that thrives on ambition and results.
  • Instil a performance driven culture built on clarity, energy, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead from the front, modelling best‐in‐class sales behaviours and client engagement.

Pipeline Growth & Deal Velocity

  • Optimise every stage of the funnel to increase conversion and shorten sales cycles.
  • Partner with Marketing to fuel the pipeline with high quality leads and powerful campaigns.
  • Drive disciplined CRM usage, data driven decision making, and repeatable sales playbooks.

Market Presence & Client Impact

  • Become a visible, credible voice for Redbrick Solutions in the legal tech space.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across law firms and industry partners.
  • Feed market intelligence back into Product and Client Success to strengthen our competitive edge.

What You Bring

  • A proven track record of leading and scaling sales teams in SaaS, legal tech, or B2B technology.
  • A growth mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands on execution.
  • Strong commercial instincts, you know how to position value, negotiate effectively, and close.
  • Experience building predictable revenue engines through process, coaching, and data.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a proven track record in achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Proficiency in Account Management and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Exceptional Team Management capabilities, with a focus on guiding and empowering diverse sales teams to achieve results.
  • Excellent Analytical Skills for interpreting sales data, identifying trends, and informing strategic decisions.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
  • Proven leadership experience within the sales or legal tech sector is a must.
