Apprentices will work towards gaining a Information Communications Technician Level 3 qualification.
Role
- Provide technical support and assistance
- Management of incidents and access to services
- Configuring of devices, including laptops, tablets, and mobile phones as well as meeting users - both face to face and via Teams
- Support the IT Service with its responsibility for digital services transformation
