Information Communications Technician Apprentice

Apprentices will work towards gaining a Information Communications Technician Level 3 qualification.

Role

  • Provide technical support and assistance
  • Management of incidents and access to services
  • Configuring of devices, including laptops, tablets, and mobile phones as well as meeting users - both face to face and via Teams
  • Support the IT Service with its responsibility for digital services transformation
