Interim Business Change Manager
Business Change Manager (12-Month FTC - with a strong possibility of going permanent)
Bristol (Hybrid) - Travel to the office every two weeks and quarterly visits to other offices
Salary - up to £68k plus bonus and benefits
This role will suit someone with a professional services or regulated industry background. We are looking for someone with experience of leading the full project lifecycle from start to finish. This role works across all areas of change - tech, operations and services - and will need an-rounder who can do the Change and Project Management.
Lead high-impact transformation projects—including GenAI, cloud migration, and business-wide change.
We’re working with a forward-thinking professional services firm looking for a Business Change Manager to join their Transformation team at a pivotal time.

The Opportunity

Importantly, this role combines end-to-end project delivery with hands-on change management—ideal for someone who enjoys owning the full lifecycle, from initial scoping through to embedding and adoption.
Key Projects You’ll Lead & Support
- GenAI Implementation
- Play a central role in selecting and implementing a Generative AI platform (currently evaluating tools such as Harvey and Legora), and lead the rollout across the business to drive productivity and innovation.
- Modern Workplace Transformation (MS Teams)
- Redesign and optimise how the organisation uses Microsoft Teams to improve collaboration, communication, and efficiency.
- Cloud Transformation
- Lead the transition of contract management and documentation into cloud-based solutions, improving accessibility, security, and scalability.
- Service & Operational Improvement
- Work closely with legal and business teams to review and enhance service delivery—identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability, and the use of technology.
- Office Relocation Programme
- Support and lead elements of a multi-site office move strategy, including a head office relocation—ensuring smooth operational transition and minimal disruption.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading end-to-end business change projects, from scoping and planning through to delivery and adoption
- Acting as both Project Manager and Change Manager, ensuring initiatives land successfully with the business
- Engaging stakeholders across all levels to drive buy-in and long-term success
- Facilitating workshops, process mapping, and continuous improvement
- Managing suppliers, procurement processes, and external partners
- Embedding new technologies and ways of working across the organisation
What We’re Looking For
- Experience delivering full lifecycle transformation projects (from initiation through to implementation and embedding)
- Background in professional services (legal sector experience highly advantageous)
- A blend of project management and change management expertise
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Interest in AI, digital transformation, and innovation
- Proactive, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
