Electronics Engineer, with Audio Design Experience

Job Description

A Electronics Engineer is sought to join an innovative product development team in Newbury, Berkshire, contributing to the design, development and validation of electronic products with a particular focus on audio applications.

The Electronics Engineer, Newbury, Berkshire, will work across the full product development lifecycle, taking ownership of engineering tasks from concept through to prototype, testing and production.

Responsibilities include:

Design and develop electronics and supporting embedded firmwareCreate and update schematics, PCB layouts, BOMs and technical documentationDesign and validate audio circuits including amplifiers, filters, codecs, ADC/DACs and audio interfacesSupport prototype builds, board bring-up, testing and troubleshootingConduct audio performance testing including SNR, THD+N, frequency response and noiseWork with digital interfaces including SPI, I2C, UART, Ethernet, CAN/LIN and I2SSupport design reviews, DFM/DFT, compliance and production activitiesThe Electronics Engineer, Newbury, Berkshire, will have the following key skills:4+ years' hands-on electronics product development experienceProven audio electronics design experienceStrong schematic and PCB layout skills using Altium or similarExperience with embedded systems, microcontrollers and digital communication interfacesGood understanding of AC/DC, DC/DC and battery-powered electronicsStrong troubleshooting, problem-solving and communication skillsAPPLY NOW - Electronics Engineer job in Newbury, Berkshire could be of interest, send your CV to or call Adam Dighton on 01582 878821.
