This is a pure business development role focused on opening doors with innovative technology and engineering companies that need specialist contract talent.

If you love winning new clients, building international relationships and scaling revenue, this role gives you the platform to do exactly that.

The opportunity

You’ll be responsible for:

• Winning new contract recruitment partnerships

• Expanding relationships across tech & engineering companies

• Developing opportunities across US, UK and European markets

• Working with an experienced delivery team to scale accounts

• Playing a key role in the growth of our global contract business

What we’re looking for

✔ Proven business development success

✔ Experience in recruitment, staffing or professional services

✔ Knowledge of contract recruitment is highly desirable

✔ Confidence engaging senior hiring managers & procurement teams

✔ A commercial, driven mindset
