Senior IT Technician

THE COMPANY

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior IT Technician to join this growing manufacturer of machined components for a range of industries including aerospace.

THE JOB

To own and improve the Group IT environment across multiple UK sites ensuring high availability, robust cybersecurity and a seamless technology experience for approximately 120 users. This hands on leadership role combines day to day technical delivery with strategic planning, vendor management and service performance accountability. You will be responsible for both on premises and cloud environments and be the primary contact for all infrastructure matters.

THE CANDIDATE

Experienced in providing 2nd/3rd line technical support in an IT Infrastruture role, you will have a minimum of 2 years' experience within a leadership/senior capacity with service ownership across microsoft 365, networking basics, hardware, security, and the use of support tools.

THE PACKAGE

Salary up to £45k depending upon experience
