We're looking for a dynamic Customer Solutions Architect (Engineer) to join our team and play a pivotal role in our enterprise growth strategy.
π― Your Mission:
As Customer Solutions Architect, you will serve as Redslim's senior technical solution leader - building trusted relationships with CIOs, CDOs, and CTOs at enterprise client organisation. You will own the technical solution strategy across the full sales cycle, from pre-sales and discovery through to customer success and post-sales. You will bridge Sales, Product, and Account Management to position Redslim as the strategic data partner of choice.
You will also play a central role in Redslim's transition to an AI-first organisation - contributing to the product roadmap, championing data governance best practices, and helping shape the future of how we serve enterprise clients.
π Your Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Technical Engagement - Build relationships with CIOs, CDOs, and senior IT/AI stakeholders. Develop high-impact technical narratives, pitch decks, and playbooks that align Redslim's value proposition with client IT strategies.
- Full-Lifecycle Solution Architecture - Lead discovery sessions, own technical solution design, drive RFI/RFP responses, and support business cases and ROI narratives to accelerate deal conversion.
- AI Transformation & Data Governance - Champion Redslim's AI-first agenda internally and externally. Act as SME on data governance tools (Collibra, Microsoft Purview) and enterprise stacks (Azure, GCP, Snowflake, Databricks, AWS).
- Product Strategy & Innovation - Bring enterprise client intelligence and CIO/CDO feedback to directly influence Redslim's product roadmap and go-to market strategy. Monitor competitive landscape and emerging market trends.
- Ecosystem & Partnership Development - Collaborate with the executive team to explore and validate strategic partnerships with hyperscalers (AWS, Google, Microsoft) and other key AI players.
β¨ What Weβre Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in solutions consulting, pre-sales, or enterprise technology sales.
- Proven track record engaging CIOs, CDOs, and senior IT/AI stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience across enterprise data stacks: Microsoft Azure, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake, AWS.
- Familiarity with data governance tools such as Collibra or Microsoft Purview.
- Exceptional executive presentation and storytelling skills - able to build compelling ROI narratives.
- Experience in CPG, FMCG, or Consumer Health sectors is a strong plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Understanding of AI-first transformation principles and enterprise AI adoption patterns.
- Willingness to travel for client engagement and industry events.
