(6-8 weeks initial training in office full time)

£27,261 plus commission (up to £4k)

Join a leading digital services provider supporting millions of customers across the UK and Europe. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused sales role where you’ll help customers find the right digital solutions while building strong relationships and driving revenue growth.

What You’ll Do

· Identify sales opportunities through inbound & outbound customer conversations

· Recommend products and solutions that genuinely meet customer needs

· Achieve sales, revenue and conversion targets

· Build strong, consultative relationships with customers

· Upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services

· Support a positive, sustainable workplace culture

What You Need

· Experience in customer support or sales (phone-based ideal)

· Strong communication, listening and problem-solving skills

· Confidence in a commercial, target-driven environment

· Ability to build rapport quickly and deliver great customer experiences

· Self-motivation, attention to detail and a customer-centric mindset
