Sales Executive

This is a full-time, office-based role in Worcester, offering great career progression into our New Business (NB) team.
About the RoleYou’ll be the first point of contact for new opportunities, qualifying leads, booking appointments, and supporting our NB Managers. If you thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, this role is for you.
Key responsibilities:
- Make proactive outbound calls to existing and prospective customers
- Qualify inbound leads and new customer enquiries
- Book appointments for NB Managers and allocate qualified leads
- Identify sales opportunities and convert leads into confirmed orders where possible
- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM & ERP systems (Epicor & Pipedrive)
- Update sales pipelines and forecasts
- Build strong relationships to encourage repeat business
- Work to KPIs including call activity, conversion rates, and revenue targets
- Support exhibitions and networking events as required
- Proven experience in outbound sales, telesales, or lead qualification
- Track record of achieving KPIs and sales targets
- CRM & ERP experience (Epicor & Pipedrive preferred)
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Strong communication, questioning, and negotiation skills
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Comfortable in a target-driven, office-based environment
- Willing to attend exhibitions and events
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Resilient, positive, and reliable
- Team player who can work independently
