We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Learning Support Specialist. This role is ideal for someone who is efficient, proactive, and passionate about supporting the smooth delivery of learning and development activities.

As a Learning Support Specialist, you will play a key role in managing and maintaining learning systems, with a strong focus on administering the SuccessFactors Learning Management System. You will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as Ofgem and HSE, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date training and capability records. The role involves supporting the creation and upload of training content, updating records and certifications, monitoring compliance status, and building assessments, as well as handling further education requests. You will work across systems including SuccessFactors, SharePoint, and Zoho, requiring strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Analyse Learning Link reports to identify training needs and manage learning plans across customer groups
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, communicate training plans, and align with business and curriculum needs
• Monitor and report on training delivery to ensure stakeholder requirements are effectively met
• Create and maintain learning content, including programmes, assessments, and training materials, ensuring consistency and quality
• Manage learning systems and compliance activities, including updating competency data, processing records, and maintaining review cycles
• Produce clear management information (MI) on competency and compliance, while supporting continuous improvement and additional training demand across the team

How It All Comes Together

• Hourly Rate- £17.04, PAYE, paid weekly one week in arrears
• Location: Pilot Way Ansty Park, Coventry, West Midlands, CV7 9JU, United Kingdom
• Start date: ASAP
• Assignment type: 12-month Temporary Contract through Reed Talent Solutions, as Cadent Gases trusted recruitment partner.
