Oracle Data Migration Consultant Developer

We are seeking an Oracle Data Migration Consultant/Developer to join our technology-focused team. This role involves delivering SaaS ERP-based transformation programmes using Oracle Cloud ERP technology. The ideal candidate will communicate compelling solutions to complex client problems and support the overall technical solution

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience across multiple industry sectors such as Media, Services, Retail, Insurance, Local Government, etc.
• Proven ability to work effectively with senior client representatives.
• Deep conceptual knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP business processes in at least one area - finance, procurement, or projects.
• Experience in multiple Oracle Cloud ERP full implementation project life cycles, preferably from scoping and planning through to post-go-live support.
• Specialist knowledge in one of the following areas with team leadership experience:
  • Integration workstream - ideally Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  • Extension workstream - Oracle VBCS/PCS
  • Data migration workstream
  • Enterprise reporting workstream
• Certification in Oracle Integration Cloud, OCI Architect, Fusion Analytics Warehouse, Oracle Analytics Cloud, Redwood is a plus.

Professional Skills:

• Excellent documentation, reporting, and presentation skills.
• Well-developed analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large amounts of information.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Projects.
• Excellent interpersonal, team building, organisational, and motivational skills.
• Ability to convey ideas and recommendations clearly in both written and verbal communications.
• Good attention to detail with an analytical approach to decision making.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Communicate and define compelling solutions for Oracle Cloud technology in response to complex client problems.
• Support the overall technical solution by leveraging leading practice solutions to meet business and technical requirements across integrations, data migration, reporting environments, and/or security.
• Manage system design and delivery, including release management, integration management, data migration strategy, and technical project management
