Oracle Data Migration Specialist - Oracle Fusion

• £450 - £600 per day (inside IR35)
• London (3 days per week on-site - mandatory)
• 6 months initially (part of a multi-year programme - expected to extend)

We are seeking an Oracle Data Migration Specialist for a critical project involving the migration from on-premises Oracle E-business Suite to Oracle Fusion Cloud. This role requires a professional with a strong background in Oracle Fusion data migration, particularly within HR, Payroll, and Finance modules.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
• Conduct data quality assessments and cleansing to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure that migrated data aligns with strategic goals and reconciles accurately post-migration.
• Provide support to the master vendor, focusing on data strategy and integrity rather than hands-on transformation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Oracle Fusion data migration.
• Hands-on experience with HR, Payroll, and Finance modules in Oracle Fusion.
• Strong understanding of data security principles, especially when handling sensitive data.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, capable of working effectively with both technical and business teams.

Desirable:

• Public sector experience and familiarity with multiple data sources like spreadsheets and small databases.
